Located near the famous Golden Mile, the restaurant offers a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere for both sit-down meals and watching sports with light bites. Guests can also book a private function room suitable for parties, reunions, conferences, and social gatherings. To reach more guests, 3 Kilns now provides outside catering at customers’ chosen venues, extending its hospitality beyond the restaurant. The team is focused on creating welcoming experiences that bring people together to enjoy great food and memorable occasions.

Role Description

The Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, supporting the growth and retention of the restaurant’s customer base. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with individual guests, corporate clients, and event organizers, ensuring their needs are understood and met. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing bookings and private function inquiries, coordinating outside catering requests, preparing proposals and quotes, and following up with leads to convert them into confirmed business. The Account Executive will collaborate closely with the restaurant management and operations teams to confirm event details, oversee client communications, and help ensure smooth service delivery. The role also includes monitoring customer feedback, identifying opportunities for repeat business, and contributing to local marketing and outreach activities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
