Account Executive – Hospitality Tech | £60k Base + £100k OTE
Location: London / UK Hybrid
Hiring: 2x Account Executives
Industry: Hospitality Technology / SaaS
We are exclusively partnering with one of the most established global hospitality technology businesses as they look to grow their UK sales team.
We are looking for proven new business hunters who know hospitality technology, understand the challenges operators face and have a track record of winning new customers.
This is an opportunity to join a business with serious global traction, a genuinely impressive product offering and big ambitions for the UK market.
The Business
Our client is a global hospitality technology platform helping restaurants, bars, pubs, food halls and multi-site operators increase revenue, improve operational efficiency and deliver better guest experiences.
The business has already achieved some impressive milestones:
- 8,000+ venues worldwide according to its talent deck.
- 28 million consumers served globally.
- $2 billion in annual dining transactions powered by its technology.
- 300+ UK venue partners across 1,700+ sites, including leading hospitality groups.
- A global presence spanning the UK, Australia, US and beyond.
They have built a seriously strong position in hospitality technology and are now investing in expanding their UK presence, with a particular focus on their new AI-powered reservations offering.
The Product – Why Operators Buy It?
What makes this business particularly interesting is the breadth of its technology. Rather than selling operators another standalone tool, the platform brings the entire guest journey together.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

One platform covering:
- Reservations: Maximise covers, optimise table availability, reduce gaps in bookings and drive more revenue.
- Voice AI: Handle guest enquiries, capture bookings and reduce missed opportunities when teams are busy.
- Order & Pay: Increase spend per head, improve service efficiency and make ordering easier.
- Marketing & Loyalty: Turn guest data into repeat bookings, personalised experiences and increased customer lifetime value.
- Guest Intelligence: Connect bookings, spending habits and preferences into one customer profile.

For operators, the commercial value is clear: more bookings, higher spend per guest, less manual administration and more returning customers.
The business is also bringing a new AI-native reservations platform to market, giving the UK sales team an exciting opportunity to introduce a compelling solution to both independent operators and major hospitality groups.
