At Culligan UK, we're looking for driven and ambitious Sales/Account Executives to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, enjoys building relationships with customers, and is motivated by achieving and exceeding targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and growing relationships with existing customers
  • Proactively contacting customers through a high volume of outbound and inbound calls
  • Identifying opportunities to increase revenue and maximise customer value
  • Building trust and rapport with customers over the phone
  • Achieving individual and team sales KPIs
  • Following up on enquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities
  • Accurately updating customer information using CRM systems
  • Working closely with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience

What We're Looking For

  • Confident and professional communication skills
  • Comfortable making and receiving high volumes of calls daily
  • Experience working in a KPI-driven or target-focused environment
  • Strong relationship-building and account management skills
  • A proactive and resilient approach to sales
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously
  • Previous experience in sales, account management, customer retention, telesales, or customer service would be advantageous
