Agency Account Executive

Location: London, hybrid preferred
Type: Full-time

About Blazon

Blazon is a future-focused agency helping ambitious brands build, launch, and grow standout products. We work across strategy, brand, launch, growth, PR, content, and campaigns, with a strong focus on innovation, consumer products, and future-facing ideas.

We are hiring a sharp, organised, ambitious Agency Account Executive to work closely with the Managing Director across the running of the agency.

This is a rare opportunity for someone early in their career who wants broad exposure across agency life. You will support sales, social media, client communication, brand building, content, operations, proposals, events, and day-to-day founder support. You will be trusted with real responsibility from the start, and you will learn fast.

If you are highly organised, commercially aware, a strong writer, and excited by brands, campaigns, and growth, this role gives you a front-row seat inside a fast-moving agency.

The role

You will work closely with the founder in the London office/Hybrid as a key support across agency operations, client services, sales support, and brand activity.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow into a high-impact agency operator, someone who can keep things moving, spot what needs doing, communicate clearly, and bring energy to both internal execution and outward-facing work.

You will help keep the agency organised, responsive, polished, and proactive across multiple workstreams.

What you’ll do

Founder support & agency coordination

  • Support the Blazon Agency founder and core leadership team with day-to-day priorities, follow-ups, scheduling, and coordination
  • Relay strategy and overview between the Founder, the leadership team and the agency team
  • Join internal and client meetings, capture actions, and keep next steps moving
  • Prepare notes, briefs, documents, and follow-up communication
  • Assist with sales and new business, writing proposals, developing strategies, managing sales pipeline, writing contracts, following up with inbound
  • Help keep files, systems, calendars, tasks, and workflows organised
  • Act as a reliable right hand across the running of the agency

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
