Account Executive
The Account Executive is a key member of the Nando’s account team, tasked with ensuring strong client service delivery and supporting the day-to-day delivery of work across BAU, campaigns, Print on Demand (POD), menu launches, refurbishments, and new store openings.
Working closely with Account Managers, the Account Director, internal studio teams, suppliers, and technology teams, the role ensures work is accurately briefed, tracked, delivered on time, and aligned to agreed processes. The Account Executive plays an important role in maintaining smooth operations, strong client service, and clear visibility across WIP, stock, and reporting.
This role blends operational coordination, project support, and client service, helping keep the Nando’s account running efficiently while supporting continuous improvement across ways of working.
Key Responsibilities:
Account & Client Support:
- Support the Account Director and Account Managers with day-to-day account activity
- Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service and support strong client relationships
- Escalate risks, issues, or queries to the appropriate Account Manager in a timely manner
Project & Operational Delivery:
- Support the setup, processing, tracking, and delivery of BAU, campaign, and POD work
- Manage artwork, print, and technology-enabled projects through to delivery
- Support new store openings and refurbishment activity as required
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with agreed critical paths and timelines
Briefing, WIP & Quality Control
- Validate client-supplied information to ensure briefs are accurate and complete before processing
- Coordinate clear and accurate briefing into internal production, studio, tech, and supplier teams
- Raise and manage job requests within internal systems, ensuring accurate information is logged
- Maintain accurate WIP tracking to support visibility and on-time delivery
- Support basic quality control checks on outputs prior to delivery

Internal & Supplier Collaboration
- Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to support smooth and efficient delivery
- Ensure client communications are clearly understood, actioned, and followed through internally
Technology & Platform Support
- Provide support on ITG platforms and systems as required
- Assist with basic troubleshooting, queries, and guidance related to account tools and workflows
Requirements:
- Experience working in a marketing, agency, or client services environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working with systems, trackers, and operational processes
- A proactive mindset, with a willingness to learn and support the wider team
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Attention to detail and pride in delivering work accurately
