Account Executive - SaaS

Our client is a rapidly growing software company that delivers an award-winning platform used by more than 100,000 businesses. Designed for service-based industries, including facilities management, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, contract catering, and EV installation, the platform helps organisations streamline operations, boost productivity, and drive business growth.

Following recent investment, the business is entering an exciting phase of growth, with ambitious plans to scale from £35M ARR to £100M ARR. To support this next stage of expansion, they are looking to appoint an Account Executive to join their high-performing sales team.

This is an exciting opportunity where you'll manage the full sales cycle while helping customers replace legacy systems with a modern, cloud-based solution. You'll receive a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities alongside the autonomy to generate your own new business.

This is a remote role based in England, with a monthly visit to their Midlands office.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver product demonstrations to qualified prospects
  • Manage the full sales cycle from discovery through to close
  • Generate new business through outbound activity, networking and referrals
  • Build strong relationships with prospective customers
  • Prepare tailored proposals and negotiate commercial agreements
  • Maintain an accurate CRM and sales pipeline
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience
  • Attend customer meetings, exhibitions and occasional industry events

The Successful Candidate

  • 2-3+ years' experience in B2B software, SaaS or solution sales
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle is essential
  • Experience selling software for field service management, facilities management or operations software would be a plus but is not essential
  • Wider SaaS / software sales backgrounds would also be considered
  • Commutable to their Midlands office once per month

Account Executive Package

  • Up to £60,000 base salary (DOE)
  • OTE x 2 (uncapped)
