Our client is an award-winning Insurance Broker with a market reputation of absolute excellence in all areas of their business, including client care, staff development, insurer support, as well as wider community impact.
The Role:
This role will play an integral part in the continued growth of an established office, with the medium term objective of this role being a succession plan for a significant book of business becoming available due to retirement.
The role will involve working alongside a market-leading broking team to provide the very best in risk advice and mitigation for your clients.
Key Skills / Experience Required:
- You will be a highly experienced Account or Development Executive, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with key decision makers within commercial clients.

Professional Qualifications Required:
- Progression towards ACII would be beneficial, but not essential. Further study would be supported if needed.
Salary / Benefits Information:
- The salary is dependent on experience, but will be significantly above the market rate, and flexible to attract the very best candidates in the market - There are a range of long-term incentives, including financial and career - with a path to Directorship available for the best.
- Basic salary: £50,000 - £90,000 (higher if required)
