About The Role:
Walr is a data creation partner unifying smart technology and thoughtful expertise to support intelligent decision making. We help our clients to utilise data to support their business goals and make their lives easier. The Account Executive plays a key role in addressing our clients’ needs and supporting them on reaching their objectives demonstrating speed, agility, accuracy, and the ability to establish strong relationships. The Account Executive works on a book of clients together with the Key Account Director. We are looking for someone with a passion and pride in delivering great work that surpasses client expectations and drives high levels of client satisfaction. The successful candidate feels intrigued by a role that combines sales acumen, project management skills, and an understanding of the sampling side of the market research industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the commercial lead on client growth of a named stable of accounts
- Understand their business and expand relationships within accounts for maximum share-of-wallet for Walr
- Respond to incoming quoting requests from clients at speed, reliably and accurately
- Liaise with project managers on project execution to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables resulting customer delight and financial return for Walr
- Troubleshoot in-field challenges on projects with project managers, working directly in the Walr platform, to find solutions and to ensure we deliver for customers
- Ensure all data, project, and client information is always captured on Walr’s sales systems to enable reporting requirements and data driven account management decisions
- Support the wider organisation on topics relating to account management, project management, and revenue operations to drive Walr’s overall commercial expansion objectives
Desired Experience:
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment where strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously have been demonstrated
- Previous experience in a B2B and/or market research environment is an advantage
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) desirable but not essential
