Our Account Executives play a vital role within the Account Management Team, ensuring the smooth coordination of active projects as they progress through internal teams. They also provide essential administrative support to Senior Account Executives and Account Managers.

The role will involve

  • Coordinate active projects, liaising with internal departments and external suppliers to keep schedules on track
  • Attend client calls and prepare accurate, timely contact reports
  • Prepare project status reports, including schedules and budgets
  • Communicate with clients under supervision
  • Handle general administrative duties
  • Support additional tasks as required

In order to succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (or equivalent), preferably in biomedical sciences; scientific literacy required
  • Experience in medical communications, healthcare marketing, digital marketing, PR agencies, or the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent numeracy and analytical skills
  • Proven organizational and planning abilities
  • Proactive mindset with problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Further Details

We offer flexible working with no mandated number of days in the office. We ask that you make an effort to attend in-person Townhalls (quarterly) and other company events such as the Summer Party, but beyond that, you are able to work from home as much or as little as you wish!
