Account Executive | Enterprise HealthTech SaaS | Life Sciences
Location: Remote (UK)
Salary: £70,000 to £80,000 base + Uncapped Commission (Double OTE)
The Opportunity
We're partnering with a high-growth SaaS business that develops technology for the life sciences sector. Following continued investment and strong commercial momentum, they're looking to expand their enterprise sales team with the appointment of an Account Executive.
This is an opportunity to join a scaling business selling a market-leading platform into global pharmaceutical organisations, helping customers improve operational efficiency, patient engagement and outcomes across complex programmes.
The Role
This is a true enterprise new business position, responsible for winning and growing strategic accounts across the pharmaceutical and biotech market.
You'll own the entire sales process, engaging senior stakeholders, managing complex procurement cycles and negotiating high-value, multi-year contracts.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business across enterprise pharmaceutical and biotech organisations.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close.
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders across Clinical Operations, R&D, Medical Affairs and Procurement.
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes.
- Deliver against an annual new business target of approximately £1.5m.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing and Customer Success teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
What They're Looking For
- Proven success selling Enterprise SaaS solutions.
- Experience selling into pharmaceutical, biotech or wider life sciences organisations.
- Strong track record of closing complex, high-value enterprise deals.
- Experience managing long sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Existing relationships within pharmaceutical organisations would be highly advantageous.
- Strong commercial negotiation and consultative sales skills.

Package
- Up to £80,000 base salary.
- Uncapped commission with double OTE.
- Fully remote role.
- 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
