Why join us?
We're a global tech company, just not the kind you're picturing. Our almost 1,000-person team builds tools that make work better for the three billion frontline workers who keep the world moving. We've got big tech scale, without the sign-off layers or corporate theatre. Every permanent team member gets equity, so when we grow, you do too. This next chapter is about scaling smart, powered by AI, a clear vision and real ownership. Big tech impact, without the big tech ick.
The Role
Every day, millions of frontline workers across construction, manufacturing, hospitality and beyond rely on SafetyCulture to do their jobs safely and with confidence. We're trusted by over 85,000 organisations worldwide and we're just getting started.
We're looking for driven, consultative Account Executives to join our award-winning EMEA sales team and be part of a mission that's genuinely changing how the world works.
What You'll Be Doing
- You'll own the sales cycle from discovery through to close - but for us, that starts with genuinely understanding your customers.
- You'll take the time to understand their challenges, build trusted relationships and position SafetyCulture as a solution that makes a real difference to how their teams operate.
- You'll deliver compelling demos, handle complex negotiations and close deals that work for everyone.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
