Requirements
- Managing and growing relationships with existing customers
- Proactively contacting customers through a high volume of outbound and inbound calls
- Identifying opportunities to increase revenue and maximise customer value
- Building trust and rapport with customers over the phone
- Achieving individual and team sales KPIs
- Following up on enquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities
- Accurately updating customer information using CRM systems
- Working closely with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience
What We're Looking For
- Confident and professional communication skills
- Comfortable making and receiving high volumes of calls daily
- Experience working in a KPI-driven or target-focused environment
- Strong relationship-building and account management skills
- A proactive and resilient approach to sales
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously
- Previous experience in sales, account management, customer retention, telesales, or customer service would be advantageous
