Sales Account Executive - Unseen Group
About Unseen
Unseen combines assessment technology, candidate engagement, psychometric design and recruitment support solutions to help employers deliver fair, data-driven and high-impact recruitment experiences.
We’re entering our next stage of growth, with an ambitious plan to expand our market presence in the UK through an integrated, segment-led commercial model.
The Role
We’re looking for a Sales Account Executive to drive growth within our employer segment, focusing on large and mid-sized organisations with significant early careers, graduate and volume hiring programmes.
This is a hands-on, quota-carrying individual contributor role, responsible for the full sales cycle: developing new opportunities, converting inbound leads and managing opportunities through to successful close. You’ll report to the Director of Sales and work closely with marketing, customer success, services, and delivery teams.
You’ll sell Unseen’s full SaaS and Services ecosystem – combining assessment technology, engagement, psychometrics and recruitment services into modular or fully integrated solutions for each client.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline of UK employer accounts across sectors.
- Convert inbound marketing-qualified leads into well-qualified opportunities.
- Generate new business through proactive outreach, networking, referrals, and events.
- Run the full sales cycle: discovery, solution design, proposal, negotiation and close.
- Lead consultative discovery sessions to understand employer challenges.
- Design and present integrated Unseen solutions, from single modules to multi-product bundles.
- Collaborate with Product Specialists on tailored demos and proposals.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and forecasts to provide clear visibility of pipeline and performance.
- Work with Delivery and Customer Success to ensure smooth handover and early-stage adoption.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the Unseen portfolio.
- Stay current on market trends in talent technology, automation, and volume recruitment.
- Represent Unseen at relevant conferences, webinars and roundtables.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
