Up to £75,000 base + superb uncapped commission + accelerators
London | 5 days per week | Highly customer-facing
The Opportunity:
This is a superb opportunity to join a high-growth, hugely ambitious business that already leads its market.
You’ll be joining the UK’s leading provider of professional, plug-and-play commercial kitchen space, supporting some of the country’s most exciting and fastest-growing food operators.
The proposition is simple but powerful: giving food brands access to high-quality kitchen infrastructure so they can launch, prepare and sell food for delivery without the cost, risk or complexity of opening traditional bricks-and-mortar sites.
The UK food delivery market is already worth close to £14bn, with demand for convenience, choice and on-demand delivery continuing to create huge opportunities for ambitious food brands.
Our client is perfectly positioned to capitalise on this growth, providing the locations, infrastructure and operational support operators need to launch faster, enter new markets and scale profitably.
The Role:
The demand is there. The product is proven. The market opportunity is huge.
Now we’re looking for an elite hunter to go after it.
You’ll own the entire sales lifecycle, from identifying the right opportunities and opening doors through to discovery, site tours, negotiation and close.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
