Account Executive – EdTech SaaS
£60,000–£70,000 Basic + OTE | Fully Remote (UK) + Travel
FIND is partnering with a growing global EdTech SaaS business looking to appoint an Account Executive to support the continued growth of its EMEA sales team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established international business with a growing presence across EMEA, selling a comprehensive software platform into the education sector.
The Role
- Manage qualified opportunities across EMEA through the full sales cycle, from initial discovery to close.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations tailored to customer requirements.
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers across the education sector.
- Manage consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Work closely with SDRs and the wider commercial team to convert opportunities into new customers.
- Contribute to the continued growth of the EMEA market.
- Travel across the UK as required, with some potential international travel.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a B2B EdTech sales role, ideally as an Account Executive or BDM.
- Strong track record of achieving targets and closing new business.
- Confident delivering software demonstrations and communicating technical product capabilities.
- Experience managing consultative sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
- Commercially driven, autonomous, and comfortable working within a growing business.
- Previous EdTech or education software experience, ideally selling to K-12/ Pre-16 markets.
- Experience selling across international markets would be beneficial.

- £60,000–£70,000 basic salary, plus commission, c.£100,000 Total OTE
