If you’re someone who can build a great relationship while keeping an eye out for the next opportunity, this could be the role for you.
As an Account Executive, you’ll manage your own portfolio of clients, helping them get the most from their relationship with CHAS while driving retention, renewals and growth. You’ll build relationships with key stakeholders, understand what matters to them and identify opportunities to deepen their partnership with us.
What that means day to day
- Manage your own portfolio of clients, building strong relationships with key contacts and understanding what they need from their partnership with CHAS.
- Own the client journey from onboarding through to renewal, keeping customers engaged, addressing any issues and reconnecting with clients where engagement has dropped.
- Hold regular client reviews and conversations, making sure customers are getting value from the service while identifying opportunities to increase contractor connections.
- Spot and develop opportunities for growth, including upsell opportunities, and work with Account Managers when there’s potential to grow an account further.
- Keep on top of your accounts, maintaining accurate CRM records, sharing regular updates and working with teams across the business to deliver a great customer experience.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
