JOB TITLE: Account Executive

REPORTING TO: Agency Founders & Communications Director (Day-to-day reporting to Account Managers)

About Us:

RAVEN is a talent-first brand-building agency operating across Fashion, Beauty, Arts, Entertainment and adjacent cultural spaces. We work with brands and collaborators who don’t just participate in culture, but help shape it.

Our work sits at the intersection of communications, talent, community and creative strategy. While we excel at traditional PR and talent marketing, our true differentiation lies in what sits beyond those disciplines: cultural intelligence, instinctive casting, meaningful community engagement, and ideas that travel naturally through real worlds - not just media plans.

RAVEN is part of the Miroma Group, a global collective of agencies operating across 35 markets, but our spirit is proudly independent, deeply plugged-in, and rooted in London’s creative landscape.

About The Role:

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a bright, enthusiastic, and driven Account Executive to join our team. This entry-level role is designed for someone eager to develop their career within one of the most talked-about young agencies in the industry. Working within our Communications team, you will work across a dynamic client roster, from rising industry talents and beauty disruptors to world-leading luxury retailers and tech platforms. Additionally, you’ll gain exposure to Talent Marketing initiatives, including influencer strategy and event activations. We’re looking for a passionate individual ready to contribute fresh ideas, take on challenges with enthusiasm, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
