Major Players Partnership Opportunity
Major Players are partnering with a reputable brand design studio who are on the lookout for a hungry and proactive Account Executive, to assist on the agency's largest pillar client within the gambling sector. This is a 6-month FTC role with the ideal candidate being available immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage timelines throughout a project process, both for the internal team and wider client group.
- Support the Senior Account Manager and Resource Manager to ensure projects have the right team lined up.
- Ensure weekly status reports are up to date and shared with the client.
- Take accurate notes in meetings.
- Show interest in financing and management of a project: from how they're costed, how budgets are managed, how overspend is addressed and negotiations are handled, to how projects grow and develop in the context of a client organisation.
- Act as key support to the wider Account Management & Operations team.

Skills & Experience
- Developing presentation and negotiation skills.
- Well prepared for status meetings with the most up-to-date detail and timing.
- An understanding of budget planning, with eagerness to learn more.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organisation skills and razor-sharp attention to detail.
- Confidence building relationships with clients, suppliers and the wider team.
- A collaborative approach to team working.

- Full time
Salary
- Up to £33,000, depending on experience
Office Location
- London
