Role Description
The Account Executive role is a full-time hybrid position based in Greater London, with flexibility for part of the work to be completed from home. In this role, the Account Executive will support the planning and execution of PR campaigns, including media outreach, drafting press materials, and coordinating interviews and briefings.

Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring media coverage
- Preparing reports
- Maintaining account documentation
- Supporting day-to-day client communication
The Account Executive will contribute to creative campaign ideas, assist with research and insights, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure deliverables are met on time and to a high standard. The role involves working closely with senior team members to manage timelines, support new business activity, and help build strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and partners.
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft press releases, pitches, and client materials clearly and succinctly.
- Demonstrated interest or experience in public relations, communications, or related fields, ideally within agency or media environments.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients, journalists, and stakeholders, with a collaborative and client-focused approach.
- Solid organisational and time-management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities.
- Comfort with media monitoring tools, social media platforms, and basic data analysis to track campaign performance and provide insights.
- Proactive problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to take ownership of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup, attending in-person meetings in Greater London as needed and collaborating remotely with the team.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related discipline is beneficial.
- Experience or strong interest in working with high-growth, challenger, or tech-driven brands is an advantage.
