🚀 Founding Account Executive | Enterprise AI | B2B SaaS

Our client is a fast-growing Enterprise AI company building tailored AI Agents that automate complex business workflows in the insurance space. Their technology is designed for regulated industries, where sophisticated processes, large amounts of data and multiple stakeholders come together.

With contracted ARR approaching €2M, enterprise deals ranging from €100K to €1M+ ACV and ambitious growth plans ahead, the business is entering an important next phase. This is an opportunity to not only close significant enterprise deals, but also help build the commercial organisation around them.

The Role

As founding AE, you'll own the complete enterprise sales cycle: from outbound and discovery through Proof of Concept, commercial negotiations and close.

This isn't a standard SaaS platform sale. Solutions are tailored to each customer's workflows and business challenges, meaning you'll work closely with the Founders, Product and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into effective AI solutions.

What will you be doing?

  • Own complex enterprise sales cycles end-to-end.
  • Sell tailored AI solutions into regulated enterprise environments.
  • Navigate buying committees ranging from 2 to 20+ stakeholders.
  • Lead discovery, qualification, personalised demos and commercial negotiations.
  • Run short Proof of Concepts, typically lasting 1–2 weeks.
  • Work on enterprise opportunities ranging from €100K to €1M+ ACV.
  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering to translate customer challenges into technical solutions.
  • Help build the enterprise sales playbook, scalable commercial processes and future team structure.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
