CN Sales Recruitment is working exclusively with our client, a market-leading Learning Technology provider with over 200 employees and annual revenues exceeding £30 million, to appoint an ambitious Account Manager as part of their continued UK growth strategy. Following continued investment, recent customer success and expansion of the London sales team, they are looking to strengthen their commercial capability by recruiting a high-potential sales professional ready for the next stage of their career.   • Inherit and develop existing customer relationships whilst identifying and winning new enterprise clients across banking, capital markets, insurance and wider financial services organisations.
  • Work with Learning & Development, HR, Compliance, Risk and Business leaders, managing consultative sales conversations from initial engagement through to commercial agreement and ongoing account growth.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Balance of new logo acquisition and strategic account development.
  • Success measured through revenue growth, customer retention, expansion of existing accounts and developing a healthy pipeline of enterprise opportunities.

Requirements

  • Ambitious sales professional with around three to five years' experience selling Learning Technology, eLearning, LMS, HR Technology or other subscription-based B2B software solutions.
  • Evidence of exceeding targets, developing new business opportunities and building lasting customer relationships.
  • Experience selling into Financial Services would be highly advantageous, although individuals with transferable enterprise SaaS experience and a genuine desire to learn will also be considered.
  • Commercially curious, highly coachable, relationship focused and motivated by career progression within a collaborative, high-performance sales environment.
