Account Executive – Healthcare Technology
£65,000–£75,000 base salary + double OTE + car allowance
Remote, UK-based | UK travel
We’re working with a growing international technology business that provides specialist solutions to healthcare organisations. We're looking for an experienced Account Executive who understands the healthcare market and can build commercially valuable relationships with NHS, clinical and technology stakeholders.
What you’ll be doing
- Developing relationships across an established portfolio of healthcare customers
- Reconnecting with NHS contacts and opening conversations with new stakeholders
- Understanding customers’ operational, technical and commercial priorities
- Identifying opportunities where additional technology solutions could add value
- Managing complex opportunities through discovery, demonstrations, proposals and negotiation
- Creating structured territory and account development plans
- Working closely with technical, marketing and pre-sales colleagues
- Maintaining an accurate pipeline and forecast
- Delivering profitable revenue growth against agreed targets

What we’re looking for
You’ll be a consultative salesperson who combines strong relationship management with the motivation to create new opportunities.
You’ll ideally bring:
- Experience selling complex software or technology solutions
- Established experience within UK healthcare or the NHS
- A genuine network of healthcare customers and contacts
- Experience managing longer, consultative sales cycles
- The ability to communicate confidently with senior, technical and operational stakeholders
- Strong account planning, pipeline management and forecasting skills
- A proactive, organised and commercially accountable approach
