Account Executive
North West London | Full-Time | Immediate Start Available
Looking to build a successful career in account management, customer acquisition, and business development?
Moon Moments is a recruitment and talent acquisition partner recruiting on behalf of an expanding client in North West London. We're currently seeking ambitious and motivated individuals to join their growing team as an Account Executive.
About the Role
As an Account Executive, you'll play an important role in building relationships with new supporters while representing nationally recognised charities.
Your focus will be on engaging with members of the public, introducing them to the charities you represent, understanding what matters to them, and helping them become long-term supporters. You'll be responsible for delivering a professional customer experience while contributing to the continued growth of each campaign.
What You'll Be Doing
- Representing nationally recognised charity campaigns across North West London
- Engaging with members of the public through professional face-to-face conversations
- Building trust and developing strong customer relationships
- Raising awareness of charity missions, values, and community impact
- Explaining campaigns clearly while answering questions with confidence
- Supporting new supporters through a professional registration process
- Working towards individual and team performance objectives
- Participating in ongoing coaching, mentoring, and team development sessions

Who We're Looking For
We're looking for individuals who are:

- Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, events, promotions, or client-facing roles is beneficial but not essential. Full training will be provided.

Earnings & Benefits
- Total earnings of up to £1,935 per calendar month, made up of a base salary plus uncapped performance-based commission (subject to successful completion of a four-week probationary period).
