The Brief:
Title: Account Executive
Location: London – Hybrid
Salary & Package: £40,000–£60,000 base + Double OTE + equity options
Summary:
A fast-growing ClimateTech business is tackling one of the biggest challenges in the UK's energy transition: making heat pump installation faster, simpler and more scalable.
The business has built a software platform that manages the end-to-end heat pump installation journey, from initial customer enquiry through to final compliance paperwork.
In under two years, the company has grown from zero to almost 700 customers across the UK. With new products launching, international expansion on the roadmap and an ambition to reach thousands of installers, the business is now investing in its commercial team.

Job Summary:
- Lead the full sales cycle — From handling qualified inbound demo requests to chasing prospects and closing deals with installers of all sizes. You'll be the driving force converting interest into revenue.
- Build our sales engine — Help design, implement, and continuously refine our sales processes from the ground up. This isn't about following an existing playbook — it's about creating something exceptional for this specific space.
- Pursue enterprise opportunities — Work directly with our founder, Jo, to land transformative deals with manufacturers, suppliers, and energy companies that can exponentially scale our impact.
- Implement cutting-edge systems — Identify, champion, and deploy whatever tools and technologies will supercharge you/our sales function, including leveraging LLMs to create unprecedented efficiency.

Experienced Required:
- Proven B2B new business sales experience, ideally within a high-velocity environment.
- Strong commercial and pipeline management discipline, with a track record of consistently hitting targets.
- Experience selling software, technical products, machinery, field equipment, construction technology or other complex products.
- A STEM or engineering degree is highly desirable, particularly mechanical, chemical or electrical engineering.
