The Role
As a Full-Stack Account Executive, you'll run the whole sales motion. That means finding your own opportunities, running discovery, shaping the solution and closing the deal. You'll then nurture and grow those accounts over time. You'll win new business across the UK and Europe, working on deals typically worth £50k to £200k+, against a £1.4M annual new-business quota.
This role is as much about building as closing. It suits someone who thrives in an early-stage environment, creates structure where none exists yet, and feeds what they learn from customers back into how the company sells and what it builds.
What You'll Do
- Self-source 50% of your pipeline through outbound, referrals, events and your network. This is not an inbound-fed seat.
- Run deep, consultative discovery with senior and C-level stakeholders, and turn AI-powered experiences into clear business outcomes.
- Deliver persuasive pitches and tender responses, then lead negotiation and close.
- Manage commercial risk so that projects are scoped accurately and delivered profitably.
- Maintain 3–4x pipeline coverage and keep the CRM accurate and up to date.
- Grow your accounts through add-on and repeat business.
- Present regular business reviews to the Head of Sales and the operating board.
- Be the voice of the customer, helping to shape messaging, pricing, pitch materials and the go-to-market strategy as the function scales.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
