Paid Media Account Executive – Charity Sector

Location: Farringdon, London (Hybrid)

Salary: 30k-35k

Help charities reach more people and make a bigger impact

More than 50 charities trust FARRER to help them reach more people, raise more money and deliver greater impact.

We are one of only a handful of Google Ad Grant Certified Professionals in the UK, working with charities across health, environment, education, arts, international development and more.

We’re looking for a passionate and organised Paid Media Account Executive to join the FARRER team.

FARRER supports charities with their Google Ad Grant and paid social activity, helping them connect with the people who matter most to their cause.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role. You’ll build, optimise and report on campaigns across a portfolio of Google Ad Grant accounts, as well as implement and manage some Meta Ads campaigns.

You’ll work closely with our Strategy Director and the wider team to turn each charity’s objectives into effective paid media activity.

What you’ll be doing

Google Ads campaign delivery

  • Plan and build well-structured Google Ads campaigns aligned with each charity’s objectives.
  • Carry out keyword research, write compelling ad copy and identify relevant landing pages.
  • Optimise campaigns regularly, using performance data to improve results.
  • Help keep Google Ad Grant accounts compliant with programme requirements.
  • Focus activity on meaningful outcomes, such as donations, volunteer enquiries, campaign supporters and people accessing charity services.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
