Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Executive based in London. The Account Executive will be responsible for building, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from Facewatch's solutions.

Key responsibilities include managing a portfolio of customer accounts, delivering product demonstrations and training sessions, supporting customer onboarding, and acting as the primary point of contact for client queries and support requests. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

The role will involve regular engagement with retailers, security professionals, and key stakeholders to understand their operational needs, identify opportunities for growth, and recommend suitable products and services. The Account Executive will also support renewals, upselling opportunities, account reviews, and contribute to achieving company revenue and customer success objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in account management, customer success, sales, business development, or a related client-facing role.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and training delivery experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using CRM platforms (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Commercially aware, with the ability to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
  • Experience within the security, retail, SaaS, or technology sectors would be advantageous.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating long-term client partnerships.
