Account Executive | Manchester 🌆⚡

As an Account Executive, you'll be at the centre of some of our most important client partnerships, helping to deliver an exceptional experience while supporting growth across our Engineering, Energy, Life Sciences, Infrastructure, and Technology markets. We're looking for someone who is outgoing, methodical, and enthusiastic, with a natural ability to connect with people and keep things moving forward.
What You'll Be Doing 💼💻
- Building Relationships: Develop strong, lasting partnerships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Delivering Excellence: Provide an outstanding experience that reflects the NES Fircroft brand.
- Supporting Account Growth: Identify opportunities to strengthen and expand existing relationships.
- Managing Communication: Act as a key point of contact, ensuring clients feel supported and informed.
- Coordinating Internally: Collaborate with recruitment, finance, compliance, and operations teams.
- Keeping Organised: Manage account activity, client updates, and ongoing projects with accuracy.
- Driving Engagement: Maintain regular contact with clients to understand their evolving needs.
- Adding Value: Proactively share ideas and solutions that support client success and retention.
