About Us

We are the team behind the AI-powered customer engagement platform that's transforming how businesses connect with their customers - turning every conversation into a revenue-driving moment.

Our platform helps contact centre teams achieve their goals through intelligent automation, predictive insights, and seamless customer experiences. We build technology that empowers people, not replaces them.

We are proud of our reputation for combining cutting-edge tech with down-to-earth people, we have big ambitions and a clear sense of who we are. Our culture is driven by our values: we take ownership, move fast, challenge the status quo, and learn constantly.

Working at MaxContact means being stretched, you’ll be trusted with responsibility early, expected to think commercially, and encouraged to act decisively. We don’t stand still, and neither will you.

At the same time, we believe high performance only works in a safe, supportive environment. You’ll be surrounded by smart, driven people who want to see you succeed, who value openness and honesty, and who see mistakes as part of learning quickly and getting better.

We're builders, problem-solvers, and customer champions who believe in innovation with purpose, human-first technology, and delivering results that matter. You'll work alongside passionate colleagues building technology that directly impacts how thousands of businesses connect with millions of customers every day.

If you’re ambitious, curious, and excited by the idea of building something meaningful in a fast-moving tech business, we want to hear from you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

  • Own your pipeline end-to-end: prospecting, qualification, proposals, negotiation, and close
  • Use AI-assisted tools (CRM, sequencing, forecasting) as business as usual
  • Accurately forecast deals weekly, keeping CRM data clean and actionable
  • Follow and continuously improve a repeatable sales methodology across the full cycle
  • Apply value-based selling throughout the sales cycle — understanding customer pains and business objectives, and clearly articulating how MaxContact solves them to deliver measurable outcomes
  • Qualify and progress opportunities using the MEDDPCC sales methodology (Metrics, Economic Buyer, Decision Criteria, Decision Process, Paper Process, Competition, Champion)
  • Take ownership of self-sourced lead generation, targeting a 50/50 split between BDR-sourced and self-generated pipeline — using outbound prospecting, networking, social selling, and referrals to build your own book
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and pass warm leads to CS

Systems (Data, AI Tools & Operational Platforms)

  • Maintain accurate pipeline and deal data in CRM at all times
  • Use sales engagement, intent data, and AI tools to prioritise outreach
  • Collaborate with marketing on lead quality feedback and campaign performance
  • Track win/loss data to continuously improve your approach

Success Measures

  • Monthly and quarterly new ARR against quota
  • Pipeline coverage ratio and deal velocity
  • Win rate and average contract value
  • CRM data quality and forecast accuracy
  • Activity metrics: minimum number of product demonstrations delivered per month (target to be set by Sales Director)
  • Self-sourced pipeline as a proportion of total pipeline (target: 50%)

Values and Behaviours

  • Customer value first: outcomes over features, relationships over transactions
  • Ownership mindset: you see problems as yours to solve and see them through
  • AI-native working: you use AI tools as a natural part of how you work every day
  • Curiosity and continuous learning: you actively seek to grow and share what you learn
  • One team mentality: you collaborate freely, uplift others, and share knowledge
  • Startup energy: you move fast, adapt to change, and thrive in a scaling environment

  • Mentoring, coaching, and career development conversations from day one
  • Access to industry certifications and professional development relevant to your role
