What you will do:
You will generate and develop new business opportunities, building a strong enterprise pipeline within the property and data space.
- You will own the full sales cycle from discovery to close, managing deals typically ranging from £5k–£50k.
- You will engage prospects through outbound activity, leveraging insight-led conversations to uncover needs and position solutions effectively.
- You will build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, positioning yourself as a credible and consultative partner.
- You will identify opportunities to expand deal value through cross-sell and upsell of relevant data and platform solutions.
- You will maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM hygiene to ensure consistent performance.
- You will collaborate closely with marketing and senior sales leadership to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
- You will continuously develop your commercial and closing skills, progressing toward larger, more complex deals over time.

What you will need:
- 1–3 years’ experience in an SDR/BDR role within SaaS, data, or PropTech environments
- A proven track record of hitting or exceeding pipeline or revenue targets
- Strong communication skills, with confidence engaging prospects at multiple levels
- Clear motivation to move into a closing role and take ownership of deals end-to-end
- Commercial awareness and the ability to qualify opportunities effectively
- Highly organised, with experience managing pipeline and CRM systems
- Resilience and a proactive, “hunter” mindset toward outbound sales
- Interest in property, data, or technology sectors is advantageous
