The Role
We're looking for an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Account Executive to become an integral part of our team. This is a varied role, combining essential agency administration with opportunities to support our client work. You'll play an important part in the day-to-day running of Tomorrow PR, ensuring our internal systems, reporting, databases, and agency communications remain accurate, organised, and up to date, while also supporting the wider team across a range of client activities.
You'll work closely with every member of the team and play an important role in keeping both the agency and our client accounts operating efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Media & Administrative Support
- Maintaining and updating media databases and contact lists, including managing bounce-backs and contact changes
- Researching and developing UK and international media lists using industry databases and other sources
- Supporting the team with media research and general administrative tasks
- Maintaining accurate internal records and shared agency documentation
Coverage Monitoring & Reporting
- Updating weekly coverage trackers and coverage books
- Inputting coverage into client reporting documents
- Monitoring and organising press coverage across client accounts
- Creating monthly coverage highlight documents using InDesign
- Preparing monthly Tomorrow PR Instagram analytics reports

Team Coordination & Office Administration
- Preparing meeting documents and presentations
- Providing general administrative support across the agency
- Helping ensure shared information, documents, and internal resources remain accurate and up to date
Client Support
- Attending client meetings, taking clear notes, and circulating them to the team and clients
- Supporting the wider team with day-to-day account coordination and administration
- Assisting with the development of media lists, media monitoring, and identifying relevant coverage opportunities
- Supporting the preparation and distribution of client news, press materials, and other communications
- Attending relevant client events and industry activities
Agency Communications
- Coordinating content for Tomorrow PR's Instagram account
- Assisting with content scheduling and performance tracking
- Helping maintain the agency website and marketing materials where required
- Drafting and issuing agency mailers and company updates where required
Research & Industry Planning
- Researching industry awards, deadlines, and submission opportunities
- Monitoring editorial forward features across key publications
- Researching exhibitions, design festivals, talks, and industry events
- Maintaining calendars of key editorial opportunities and industry dates
- Identifying speaking opportunities and industry events relevant to client profiles
Agency Resource Management
- Organising and maintaining the agency's print library
- Maintaining shared files, templates, and internal resources
- Supporting the continual improvement of agency systems and processes

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is naturally organised, enjoys bringing structure to busy environments, and takes real pride in getting the details right. You'll be proactive, dependable, and comfortable managing a variety of tasks, while enjoying the opportunity to support both a close-knit team and a diverse range of client accounts.
Ideally, you'll have:
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- A meticulous approach to accuracy, with the ability to follow tasks through to completion
- A proactive, dependable, and professional approach
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence working as part of a team and communicating with a range of people
- An interest in media, communications, and the creative industries
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and databases
- Experience using Canva, Adobe InDesign, or similar software would be an advantage, but isn't essential
- Confidence using digital tools to support research and improve efficiency
- An interest in design, architecture, interiors, or lifestyle would be beneficial, but isn't essential

Hybrid Working
Our team works from our Haggerston (N1) office Monday to Thursday and from home on Fridays.
Salary: £28,860 per annum, aligned with the current London Living Wage.
