Account Executive | EdTech SaaS | London | £45–55k base + uncapped commission
Our client is a fast-growing, venture-backed EdTech company scaling their UK sales team. We're hiring two Account Executives to own new-business sales into UK schools and multi-academy trusts, from first contact to close.
This is a full-cycle, entrepreneurial role - no rigid playbook, real autonomy, and genuine upside if you can hit the number.
What you'll be doing:
- Building and owning your own pipeline.
- Attending trade shows and events across the UK.
- Working deals that range from quick wins to complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales.
- Negotiating commercial terms directly with senior decision-makers, from teachers to C-suite.

On experience

The details:
- Base £45,000–£55,000 + uncapped commission
- OTE ~£85,000–£95,000 Year 1, ~£125,000–£135,000 Year 2 at target
- 5 days/week in the Central London office (please only apply if this works for you)
- Regular UK travel, roughly one day a week on average
- Start date: 1 September 2026 or ASAP
