The Role:

As an Account Executive, you will support the successful delivery of marketing communications. You will collaborate closely with other teams—including creative, design, and production—to coordinate projects, manage daily administrative tasks, and ensure that advertising assets are delivered efficiently, on time, and on budget.

You will help to enhance operational excellence and ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction. This role is in-person 4 days a week at our client's office, The News Building, on London Bridge.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the administrative and communicative link between the agency team and clients, ensuring information flows effectively regarding any campaign changes, developments, and difficulties.
  • Support the coordination of press advertising campaigns, ensuring that all projects and assets are completed on time.
  • Liaise with clients on a daily basis to deeply understand their business needs, industry landscape, and advertising requirements.
  • Collaborate with agency colleagues across various disciplines to help develop press advertising and strategies that meet the client's brief and requirements.
  • Confidently present new press ads to clients for approval and modification.
  • Arrange and attend internal and external meetings, taking accurate notes and distributing clear action points to the relevant teams.
  • Conduct thorough research on various subjects, businesses, brands, and categories, utilising AI-powered insights to share useful and actionable information with the wider team.
  • Undertake the IPA Foundation Certificate course to build a strong foundational knowledge of the advertising industry and its development.
