Sell to founders and senior executives, own every deal from first conversation to close, and be rewarded for it. This is an Account Executive seat with a basic of £30,000 to £35,000 and an OTE of £65,000 to £110,000, inside a business that is scaling fast and promotes from within. Choose UK or US hours.

The role

You'll sell premium career and advisory programmes to senior executives and founders, owning each deal from first contact to close. Your day is high activity and KPI driven, working inbound leads through calls, pitches and follow-ups, on a busy sales floor.

Choose your hours

  • UK hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
  • US hours: Monday to Thursday, 1pm to 9pm, and Friday, 1pm to 5pm

Both hybrid, with 2 days a week in Central London.

What we're looking for

  • 1 to 3 years of sales experience in an outbound-based or telesales role, as an SDR, AE or similar. A bonus if you've sold to senior or executive-level buyers, or sold subscription or career-led products. Above all, confident, articulate and motivated by results.

The package

  • Basic of £30,000 to £35,000, depending on experience
  • OTE of £65,000 to £110,000
  • UK or US hours, hybrid, 2 days a week in Central London
  • EMI share scheme, so you own a piece of the company
