Account Executive
HealthTech
Up to £50,000 basic salary + £25k OTE - Uncapped
My client is a HealthTech business supporting organisations across healthcare, social care, and the charity sector. They are looking for an Account Executive to join their commercial team and help drive new business growth.
You’ll manage the full sales cycle, working with SDR and Marketing teams to convert qualified opportunities alongside generating your own pipeline. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience closing SaaS deals who enjoys understanding customer challenges and taking a consultative approach to sales.

What the Account Executive will be doing:
- Managing the sales cycle from discovery and qualification through to negotiation and close.
- Delivering tailored demonstrations and proposals that address customer needs.
- Building relationships with senior stakeholders and managing multiple decision-makers.
- Developing opportunities from SDR and Marketing activity alongside your own prospecting.
- Maintaining an accurate pipeline and sales forecasts using HubSpot.
What the Account Executive will bring:
- At least 18 months’ experience closing B2B software or SaaS sales.
- A proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
- Experience managing the full sales cycle and selling consultatively.
- A strong understanding of BANT and MEDDICC.
- Experience selling into healthcare, social care, charities, or the public sector would be beneficial.

What the Account Executive will get in return:
- Up to £50,000 basic salary.
- £25,000 on-target commission in year one, with uncapped earning potential.
- Remote with occasional travel.
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
- Support from SDR, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.
