We’re a specialist recruitment business working across the leisure, health & fitness, spa & beauty, active entertainment and hospitality sectors. We’re growing our Uxbridge team and are looking for an Account Executive to support our consultants and clients across candidate attraction and recruitment delivery!

The Role
As an Account Executive, you’ll focus on candidate sourcing, recruitment support and delivering against client requirements, working closely with our consultants to ensure vacancies are filled efficiently and to a high standard.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing candidates through advertising, networking, headhunting and talent pipelines.
- Managing recruitment advertising campaigns and candidate applications.
- Screening, interviewing and registering candidates in line with compliance requirements.
- Building and maintaining strong candidate relationships and providing a high level of candidate care.
- Supporting consultants with client requirements and recruitment projects.
- Maintaining accurate recruitment systems and candidate records.
- Producing activity and performance reports against agreed KPIs.
- Working collaboratively with the wider team to deliver a consistent, high-quality service.

What We’re Looking For
You may have experience in recruitment, resourcing, leisure, hospitality, sales or customer service. Previous recruitment experience is helpful but not essential!
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Confident and comfortable communicating with people.
- Organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive and motivated to find the right candidates.
- Resilient and comfortable working to targets.
- Detail-focused, particularly around compliance and administration.
- A team player with a positive and professional approach.
- Keen to develop a long-term career within recruitment.
