Paid Media Executive - Google Ads (Charity)

Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £26-32k dependant on experience

We're looking for a passionate, organised and ambitious Paid Media Executive to join the rapidly growing Farrer Charity Programme.

Today, over 50 charities trust Farrer to help them reach more people, raise more money and deliver greater impact through paid media. As one of only a handful of Google Ad Grant Certified Professionals in the UK, we've become one of the country's leading specialist charity agencies, with clients spanning health, environment, education, arts, international development and more.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team where you'll receive hands-on training, work directly with experienced paid media specialists and build a career in digital marketing that genuinely makes a difference.

The Role

You'll be responsible for building, managing, optimising and reporting on a portfolio of Google Ad Grant accounts, while also supporting the delivery of paid media campaigns across Meta and other platforms.

Working closely with our Charity Programme Manager and wider paid media team, you'll develop your technical knowledge, gain exposure to multiple advertising platforms and play a key role in helping charities achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, build and launch Google Ads campaigns to a high standard.
  • Optimise Google Ad Grant accounts in line with client objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Produce clear reports and communicate progress internally and to clients.
  • Build and optimise Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Assist with Google Ads, Meta Ads and other paid media campaigns as required.
  • Work with GA4 and conversion tracking to measure campaign success.
  • Manage your workload effectively and consistently deliver work on time.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to share ideas and improve campaign performance.
  • Stay up to date with the latest platform updates and paid media best practice.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
