Account Executive

Bournemouth | Hybrid Working | £40,000 Base + Uncapped OTE (£80,000+)

At Caspian One, we partner with some of the world's leading financial institutions to solve complex technology, engineering, data, AI, and transformation challenges across Europe and North America.

We're looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Account Executive to help drive our continued expansion across North America.

This isn't a traditional sales development role. You'll be responsible for helping us land and expand within strategic financial services accounts, identifying opportunities, building relationships with senior technology leaders, and creating demand across some of the most exciting organisations in the market.

Working alongside one of our long-standing Strategic Account Managers, you'll gain exposure to established client relationships while taking ownership of creating new opportunities and securing quick wins within target accounts. As your confidence and capability grow, you'll become a trusted commercial partner, leading conversations independently and helping shape account growth strategies.

The Opportunity

North America is a major growth area for Caspian One, and you'll play a key role in that journey. You'll have the opportunity to:

  • Land new opportunities within existing strategic accounts
  • Expand relationships across multiple teams and business units
  • Open doors into completely new organisations
  • Build relationships with senior technology and business stakeholders
  • Partner with subject matter experts across Data, AI, Engineering and Technology
  • Travel to North America to support client engagement and account development opportunities
  • Opportunity to travel alongside experienced Strategic Account Managers while developing your own portfolio and reputation

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
