π° Bonus up to 100% of base salary depending on performance against target
Weβre looking for a results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to join a high-growth technology company supporting construction firms, asset owners, and public sector clients with smarter O&M handover and asset information management.
This is a strategic individual-contributor role focused on securing new business across the built environment β helping organisations digitise operations, improve compliance, and drive long-term value from their asset data.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and win new business across contractors, asset owners, and public sector clients.
- Lead consultative sales conversations that demonstrate real-world value through a powerful SaaS platform.
- Engage stakeholders across project delivery, digital, and operational functions.
- Manage full-cycle B2B SaaS sales β from prospecting and qualification through to close.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and deliver reliable pipeline forecasting.
- Collaborate with internal teams on complex or high-value opportunities.
About You
- Experience in B2B SaaS sales
- Strong consultative selling skills with experience managing multiple sales cycles.
- Able to build credibility with senior stakeholders and technical buyers.
- Experience in construction, real estate, or asset-intensive sectors is desirable, but not required.
- Confident presenting software solutions and navigating complex client challenges.
- A proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment.
