GTM / Account Executive – Legal AI | 2 Hires
£60,000–£90,000 base + £60,000 target commission | Uncapped
London / Cambridge | Hybrid – 1 day per week onsite
I'm hiring two Account Executives for an established Legal AI company entering an important new phase of growth.
They've been building in Legal Tech for nearly a decade, have 100% customer retention, an established enterprise customer base and a new AI product coming to market.
Now they want to accelerate new business. This isn't an Account Executive role where you wait for SDRs or marketing to fill your calendar.
You'll own the process.
The opportunity
You'll inherit hundreds of historic inbound prospects and previous enquiries already sitting within the CRM. Some have evaluated the product previously. Others weren't commercially viable at the time. The new product creates an opportunity to reopen many of those conversations. Alongside that, you'll be expected to create your own opportunities. Close a deal within insurance? Map the sector and approach the next 20 insurers. Find traction within a particular market? Build a campaign around it. You'll have the autonomy to figure out what works and go after it.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
Graduate Consultant — 2026 Scheme
Why you're a good match
StrongYour economics background and your summer at a regional bank line up with what PwC looks for on the consulting scheme. Applications close in four weeks.
See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
What you'll be doing
- Build and manage your own new-business pipeline
- Reactivate historic prospects and previous inbound enquiries
- Prospect into new enterprise accounts through phone, email and targeted outreach
- Own opportunities from first contact through to close
- Sell into General Counsel, Heads of Legal, Procurement and other senior enterprise stakeholders
- Run discovery, commercial conversations and negotiations
- Work alongside an experienced product/demo resource while you learn the platform
- Help shape the company's go-to-market approach as the new product launches
The numbers:
- Average deal size: ~£40k
- Target: approximately 12 deals per year
- Commission: 10% of every new-business deal
- Commission cap: None. E.G Sell £500k → £50k commission.
What I'm looking for
You'll probably have 3+ years' B2B sales experience and already have experience carrying a revenue target. Legal Tech / Legal AI experience would be valuable, but not essential, as I'd also be interested in strong Enterprise AI/SaaS sellers who understand complex, consultative sales.

Most importantly:
- You've personally closed new business
- You're comfortable prospecting as well as closing
- You don't need opportunities handed to you
- You're happy picking up the phone
- You can sell into senior enterprise stakeholders
- You're commercially curious and can identify where the next opportunity might come from
- You're comfortable operating in a smaller, entrepreneurial environment rather than relying on a huge corporate sales machine
This would suit someone who has progressed beyond a BDR/SDR role, has proven they can close, but still has the hunger to generate their own pipeline.
