About AERTiCKET UK
AERTiCKET UK is part of the AERTiCKET Group, a leading international airline consolidator and travel technology provider. The UK business supports travel agencies, tour operators and online travel businesses through airline content, booking technology and API solutions.
As AERTiCKET UK continues to grow, this role will help convert opportunities into long-term, scalable and service-led customer relationships.
Role Overview
The Account Executive will play a key role in supporting the growth of AERTiCKET UK by helping to onboard new customers, manage existing relationships, support day-to-day account activity and promote the AERTiCKET brand in the UK market. The role combines account management, customer success, sales support, and brand development, with a strong focus on service quality and commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Onboarding and Implementation
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new travel agency customers.
- Coordinate account setup, training, documentation, and activation with internal teams.
- Introduce customers to AERTiCKET solutions, including Cockpit and API where relevant.
- Ensure new customers understand processes, support routes and commercial expectations.
Account Management and Relationship Building
- Build strong, trusted relationships with new and existing customers.
- Act as a day-to-day contact for assigned customer accounts.
- Conduct regular account check-ins to understand customer needs, activity levels and growth opportunities.
- Support customer retention by identifying issues early and coordinating solutions.

Business Growth and Brand Development
- Identify opportunities to increase bookings, product adoption and customer engagement.
- Support new customer acquisition through follow-up, demonstrations and relationship-led sales activity.
New Sales
- Represent AERTiCKET UK positively at industry events, trade shows and customer meetings.
- Help raise awareness of the AERTiCKET brand across the UK travel trade.
Customer Support and Operational Follow-Up
- Assist customers with general operational queries and route issues to the correct support team.
- Escalate urgent or material service issues appropriately.
- Support post-sales follow-up to ensure customers receive a consistent and professional service.
- Help gather customer feedback to improve onboarding, communication and service quality.
Administration and Reporting
- Maintain accurate customer records, onboarding status.
- Prepare regular updates on customer pipeline, onboarding progress and account opportunities.
- Support debtor follow-up and account housekeeping where required.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience.

- Cockpit, API and wider AERTiCKET solutions are promoted confidently to suitable customers.
- Customer issues are followed up professionally and escalated only where appropriate.
- AERTiCKET UK has stronger visibility and recognition across the UK travel trade.
- The role creates additional capacity for growth while protecting service standards.
Hybrid working, however, for at least 3/4 days in the Central London office.
