The Account Executive role is a full-time, hybrid position based in London, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Account Executive will manage and grow a portfolio of wholesale and channel partners, focusing on telecom operators, ICT providers, and system integrators, by identifying new opportunities, qualifying leads, and closing deals.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Conducting sales presentations and product demos
- Preparing proposals and quotes
- Responding to partner inquiries
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and support of connectivity and ICT solutions
The role involves:
- Maintaining accurate records in CRM systems
- Tracking pipeline and revenue forecasts
- Providing regular account performance updates
- Collaborating with pricing, procurement, and operations teams
- Helping refine sales strategies based on market trends and customer feedback

Qualifications
- Strong sales and account management skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing.
- Knowledge of networking and telecom services such as Internet connectivity, SD-WAN/WAN, Ethernet, DWDM, and related ICT solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical offerings in clear business terms.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic Microsoft Office or similar productivity software.
- Ability to build long-term partner relationships, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple priorities.
- Prior experience in B2B telecom, ICT, or managed services sales is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
