Account Executive | Manufacturing Technology (F+B)

(100% New Business)

Up to £70,000 + uncapped commission + company car (OTE £130,000+)

Remote - Midlands preferred, but not essential

Can you open doors, create demand and turn complex opportunities into serious revenue?

This is a role for an ambitious new business salesperson who enjoys getting out in front of customers, understanding how their businesses operate and winning contracts that make a difference.

Our client is a growing technology business operating in a specialist manufacturing niche with relatively few providers. Opportunities to join businesses like this are rare, particularly with the chance to pursue contracts worth millions of pounds.

You will need the drive to create opportunities, the commercial judgement to qualify them properly and the determination to keep complex deals moving through to close.

The opportunity

This is a home-based role with a significant field presence. You will spend at least three days a week visiting prospects and customers across the UK, getting onto factory floors, meeting decision makers and understanding the operational challenges behind each opportunity.

You will have a dedicated Business Development Representative supporting your pipeline, alongside responsibility for generating your own opportunities. Success will come from your ability to open doors, build credibility and convert interest into revenue.

What you will be doing

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
