We are working exclusively with our client to find 2x Remote Account Executives.
About:
Our client provides the real-time infrastructure that lets developers move information between applications and users instantly and reliably. Its technology powers experiences where delays matter, from live sport and betting updates to trading, asset tracking, and customer support.
Founded by two technologists who saw a better way to deliver messages at scale, the business helps engineering teams avoid building and maintaining complex real-time systems themselves.
Now profitable at around $17m in annual recurring revenue, the company is investing in its enterprise sales team and hiring Account Executives across the UK.
This is a remote UK opportunity to sell a deeply technical product to software development teams and their leaders, combining strong product-led demand with proactive new business development.
Key Highlights:
- Infrastructure used for business-critical, real-time communication, where speed, reliability, and scale are central to the customer experience.
- Around 200 enterprise contracts show established adoption of the platform across organisations with business-critical real-time needs.
- Profitable business with approximately $17m ARR and a strong cash position following a Series B funding round.
- Strong developer interest and substantial bottom-up product usage give AEs an engaged base of potential enterprise buyers.
- A high volume of quality inbound enquiries and developer-led adoption provide clear market validation, alongside scope for targeted outbound.
- Enterprise agreements combine a platform package with usage-based revenue, supported by service levels and technical expertise.
- Sales involve software developers and engineering leaders, with CTO-level sponsorship often central to the final decision.
- Relatively few direct competitors in real-time infrastructure; enterprise evaluations often centre on specialist alternatives or building and maintaining the capability in-house.
- Clear progression within the sales team: the founding Account Executive has grown into the Head of Sales role as the business expands.
- Remote UK working, with access to a London office and a £90k–£110k base salary at double OTE.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
