The Customer Experience Team is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service to our customers and key stakeholders, including Sales and Operations. About The Role
The Productivity function is a key pillar of Sales Enablement, focused on improving speed to sale and commercial effectiveness across our Enterprise Sales Teams through effective systems, data and processes.
Reporting to the Productivity Team Leader, the Account Executive (Sales Enablement) provides critical support to Business Development Directors, enabling them to focus on customer engagement, account growth and revenue generation.
The role coordinates commercial activities, manages sales administration and CRM data, prepares customer documentation, and provides reporting and insights to improve efficiency, consistency and commercial performance.

What You’ll Be Doing
Sales Enablement & Commercial Support
- Provide proactive support to Business Development Directors to maximise customer engagement, account growth and commercial opportunities.
- Support pipeline, opportunity and customer activity management within Salesforce.
- Prepare customer presentations, proposals, tenders, business reviews and commercial documentation.
- Coordinate customer meetings, account plans, sales programmes, campaigns and strategic initiatives.
- Track actions, priorities and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
Reporting & Analysis
- Produce accurate sales, pipeline, revenue and performance reports.
- Analyse data to identify trends, risks and commercial opportunities.
- Support forecasting, KPI reporting and account planning through relevant insights and dashboards.
CRM & Data Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer, opportunity and activity records in Salesforce.
- Support data quality, governance and reporting accuracy.
- Promote CRM best practice and compliance across the commercial team.
Coordination & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, workshops and customer reviews, including agendas and supporting materials.
- Track actions and decisions through to completion.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between Business Development Directors and internal stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting and operational efficiency.
- Support the adoption of new tools, systems and technologies.
- Contribute to Sales Enablement best practice and ways of working that improve productivity and customer outcomes.

What We’re Looking For
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Experience supporting sales, commercial, customer success or account management teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data.
- Self-motivated, proactive and results oriented.
