Senior Account Executive – Enterprise SaaS / Supply Chain Technology
UK – Remote
£75,000 base + OTE
Are you a successful enterprise software salesperson who wants more influence, more ownership and the opportunity to help shape the next stage of a growing SaaS business?
We’re working with an ambitious software company that has developed a sophisticated, AI-native platform used by organisations to manage complex operational and supply chain environments. Following continued investment in the product, they are now looking to add a Senior Account Executive to their UK sales team.
The opportunity
You’ll join an established UK sales operation as the third closing salesperson, taking responsibility for developing and converting opportunities with mid-market and enterprise customers. This isn't a role where you'll simply inherit a territory and wait for opportunities. The business wants someone with the confidence to challenge prospects, uncover genuine commercial problems and take control of complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders. You'll have access to an existing flow of opportunities and leads, but you'll also be expected to develop your own pipeline and create momentum within your market.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What we're looking for
We're particularly interested in people who have developed their career within an established, high-performing B2B software sales environment.
You may currently be one of 20+ Account Executives within a larger software vendor and be ready for an opportunity where your contribution is much more visible. Ideally, you'll bring:
- A strong track record of closing new business within B2B SaaS or enterprise software
- Experience carrying significant ARR/new-business targets
- Exposure to complex solutions such as ERP, WMS, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing or other operational software
- Experience managing longer, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- A structured approach to discovery, qualification, pipeline management and forecasting
- The ability to challenge customers rather than simply demonstrate product features
- Evidence of consistently delivering against demanding sales targets
- The ambition to step into a growing organisation and make a genuine impact
