Account Executive
Location: Portsmouth
Basic Salary: £25,000 (increasing to £26,000 – £27,000 upon successful completion of the Training Academy and achievement of targets)
Year 1 OTE: £30,000
Year 2 OTE: £40,000 - £60,000
Year 3 OTE: £70,000 - £90,000

What will you be doing?
- Network on platforms such as LinkedIn to build a pool of candidates
- Work on building and developing excellent candidate relationships
- Write, advertise, and market vacancies via a variety of channels
- Focus on your own personalised KPIs and financial targets
- Have full control over your earning potential and career progression
