Job Description
This role is designed for ambitious sales professionals who enjoy owning the full sales cycle and consistently delivering results.
Responsibilities
- Manage qualified inbound sales opportunities from initial discovery through to closing.
- Conduct product demonstrations and present tailored solutions to prospective customers.
- Take ownership of monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through structured follow-up and proactive prospecting when needed.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasting.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to continuously improve the customer journey.
- Contribute ideas to optimise sales processes as the company continues to scale.

Qualifications
We're looking for someone who has:
- At least 1 year of experience in B2B SaaS, technology sales, or another transactional sales environment.
- A proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience managing opportunities throughout the full sales cycle.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a high level of ownership.
- Native or C2 English proficiency.
- Willingness to temporarily relocate to Vienna for onboarding (approximately two months).
