Account Executive | Creative & Brand Agency | Up to £35,000 (Dependent on experience)

Remote with one day a week in their Norwich office. Travel into London, will be required.

About our client

Our client is a multi-disciplinary brand, creative and digital agency with 30 years' experience. They combine strategy, design and technology to help brands communicate clearly and engage their audiences, working with well-known names in financial services, insurance and beyond. They are growing their team and looking for an enthusiastic Account Executive to support client projects across branding, websites, film, campaigns and social media. It's a great first or second step in an agency career.

What you'll do

  • Support the Account Manager and Account Director with day-to-day client contact.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, always delivering the highest level of customer service possible.
  • Plan project delivery, create schedules and ensure projects are delivered on time.
  • Interpret smaller briefs from clients and brief designers.
  • Manage budgets
  • Invoicing
  • Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers.
  • Support the team in carrying out ad hoc tasks
  • General administrative support to the team including travel logistics planning and booking travel and accommodation where required.

What you'll bring

  • 1–2 years in an agency, marketing or client-facing role (strong graduates welcome).
  • Great organisation and attention to detail.
  • Clear, friendly communication skills.
  • A genuine interest in branding, design and digital.
  • High energy and ability to multitask, with proven ability to quickly prioritise across several projects.
  • A proven team player, with a proactive and positive approach to achieving goals and supporting the work of others.
  • Agency experience or a marketing-related degree is a bonus.
