Role Description
This is a full-time Account Executive role based on-site in Kingston Upon Hull. The Account Executive will build and manage relationships with business customers, understanding their technology needs and recommending suitable products, solutions, and finance options. Daily responsibilities include:

- Prospecting and qualifying new leads
- Managing a sales pipeline
- Preparing proposals and quotations
- Negotiating pricing in line with Currys Business guidelines
The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and installation of solutions, maintaining accurate customer records in CRM systems, and providing ongoing post-sale support. The Account Executive will also contribute to local business development initiatives and represent Currys Business in a professional manner at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally within technology, retail, or related sectors.
- Strong customer relationship skills, including the ability to conduct needs assessments and deliver personalised consultations.
- Ability to work with pricing, finance, and leasing options, and explain these clearly to business customers.
- Competence in using CRM and sales tools to manage pipelines, track activities, and maintain accurate records.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a focus on clear and professional interactions.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets and service-level expectations.
- Collaborative approach to working with colleagues across stores, hubs, and support functions.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and adapting to evolving business needs.
